THE CONSTRUCTION OF COLOR PARK IN NOWY TARG, THE LARGEST REGIONAL SHOPPING AND ENTERTAINMENT CENTER, HAS BEGUN!

In mid-May, construction of Color Park in Nowy Targ, the largest shopping and entertainment center in Podhale, has begun. The object is created directly at the newly built roundabout on "Zakopianka". The excellent location will guarantee a very high turnover of customers both from Nowy Targ, Slovakia and from Zakopane just 14 km away, consolidating the position of Nowy Targ as the commercial capital of Podhale.

Color Park Nowy Targ will be the latest generation of modern architecture, with a comprehensive shopping offer for the whole family and a friendly place to spend time, fully adapted also for the disabled.

Rental area of the facility is over 27,000 m2. The Center will include a "House and Garden" market, a supermarket, a shopping center with over 80 shops of Polish and foreign brands,  service and catering facilities, as well as multiplex cinema.

The commercialization of the facility has just begun - more than 3,000 square meters of clothing will occupy the brands of one of the fashion market leaders - the LPP Group, with the flagship Reserved shop and Mohito, Sinsay, Cropp and House. The offer of modern multimedia and rtv-agd articles will be found in a salon with an area of over 1,000 m2 belonging to Media Expert - one of the largest Polish companies in this sector.

The largest in Podhale, the "House and Garden" salon will be opened in the facility - it will be the newest OBI market concept, which will offer a wide selection of home and garden products, DIY materials and everyday items on an area of over 8,000 m2.

Additionally, the offer of Color Park Nowy Targ will be complemented by the "drive thru" restaurant and gas station. For motorized customers there will be 550 parking spaces.

The opening of the Color Park Shopping Center in Nowy Targ is scheduled for spring 2018.
