Sinsay and CCC - will occupy a total of over 1,400 m2 in Era Park Handlowy in Kosakowo near Gdynia.

Kosakowo is a dynamically developing town located right next to Gdynia. It is an attractive place to live due to its proximity to the Tri-City. The project is characterized by an excellent location on the Gdynia - Rewa route, directly next to the operating Lidl and the planned chain drive-thru restaurant. In the vicinity of Era Park Handlowy there are also Aldi and Biedronka grocery stores and an Orlen petrol station. In recent years, many new residential investments have been built in Kosakowo, which are still expanding rapidly, which, together with the strong commercial offer, will have a very positive impact on the daily visits to the facility.

Kosakowo Era Park Handlowy with an area of ​​over 6,000 m2, will accommodate approximately 20 retail and service premises with a comprehensive offer of popular chain brands, including: from the fashion, sports, drugstore, footwear, pet and multimedia industries. Smaller service and catering premises have also been planned. A convenient parking lot with approximately 170 spaces has been provided for customers. Construction work will begin soon, and the opening of the facility for customers is planned for the fourth quarter of 2025.

The facility in Kosakowo will be the fifth shopping center belonging to the Era Park Handlowy chain. In addition to the operating facilities in Warsaw's Rembertów and Wieluń, Era Park in Radomsko has recently expanded its offer with additional shopping space. On the other hand, Iława Era Park Handlowy is currently being expanded, perfectly located at the intersection of Aleja Jana Pawła II (provincial road no. 536) and Ziemowita Street, next to the Orlen petrol station and surrounded by developing residential development. Approximately 1,350 sq m of additional lease space will be created here. The opening of phase II is planned for the third quarter of 2025. In addition, a KFC drive-thru restaurant will soon open in the vicinity of the project, on Ziemowita Street.
