Redkom Development has opened Comfy Park Bielik!
Redkom Development has built, commercialized and opened the largest retail park in Bielsko-Biała located at ul. Warszawska 180. On December 5, Comfy Park Bielik was opened with over 19,000 sq m of retail space, which was created as a result of the reconstruction of a Tesco store and a shopping center that had been operating in this destination for many years.
Thus, Comfy Park Bielik restores trade in a well-known place for residents of the city and its northern surroundings.
On over 19,000 sq m of retail space, nearly thirty stores and service points were created, including a modern Kaufland store occupying over 5,000 sq m and being the chain's 250th outlet in Poland. A Komfort store is also under construction.
Comfy Park Bielik is another facility on which Redkom Development cooperated with Mallson, a company specializing in the lease of retail and service space in galleries and retail parks.
The excellently composed mix of tenants was very well received by the residents of Bielsko. Commercialization was based on well-known chain companies, including the anchor of everyday shopping, the aforementioned Kaufland store, and on the introduction of novelties in the form of a debuting brand on the Polish market - Woolworth, or a Burger King restaurant in the Drive Thru format, previously absent from the city.
In addition to other well-known brands, interesting local concepts and a wide range of sports offers were also acquired. Examples include the British chain Mountain Warehouse and the Martes Sport chain, which opened the second largest store in Poland in Comfy Park Bielik.
The creation of the new retail park contributed to the creation of the largest trade zone in the city. Together with the nearby Castorama and Moya petrol station and Merkury Market, Comfy Park Bielik is the most desirable address associated with convenient and unlimited shopping.
Shops and services available at Comfy Park Bielik: Kaufland, Rossmann, Kwiaciarnia La Flor, Caseownia, Verona, Świat Książki, Woolworth, Sinsay, Tedi, Jysk, Xtreme Fitness Gyms, Martes Sport, Mountain Warehouse, Media Expert, Wakacje.pl, Maxi Zoo, Dr Materac, Burger King.
Points of sale to be opened in the coming months: KiK, Flugger, Świat Zabawek, Piskorek Bakery, Manso electronic cigarettes, Valenciana Ice Cream, Diagnostyka, Żabka, Kodano Optician.
