The offer of Galeria Sekunda in Jędrzejów will be expanded with more stores of well-known brands, which will start operating in the expanded Sekunda Retail Park.

Galeria Sekunda was opened in 2021. It is a combination of a gallery concept with a comfortable passage and a retail park. On over 16 thousand sq m of retail space we will find most of the most popular clothing, footwear and service chains such as: Sinsay, CCC, Martes Sport, Pepco, Jysk, Empik, Action, TEDi, KiK, Media Expert, Smyk, Rossmann, Vision Express, Kakadu, Big Star, Kaes, Yes, Inmedio and Diverse. The supermarket is Lidl, which debuted by opening its store in this region. Additionally, the only "home and garden" market in the city of the BricoMarche chain was created at Sekunda.

Preparations have already begun for the implementation of the expansion of the project, which will result in the creation of approximately 10,000 sq m of additional lease space. A retail park consisting of several buildings is planned, which will accommodate approximately 20 premises of well-known chain tenants, including clothing, household appliances and drugstore. The already operating Galeria Sekunda and BricoMarche, together with the new Sekunda Retail Park, will create the largest concentration of trade and services in the region - in total, on over 26,000 sq m of lease space, the customer will find an offer of approximately 60 stores, service points and restaurants. The opening of the expansion is planned for the turn of 2025/2026.

- Due to the huge interest of customers and the high footfall of the thriving center, the Investor decided to expand the Galeria Sekunda facility with a new retail park. There are over 100,000 people within the catchment area of ​​the center within a 20-minute drive. Additionally, a Bricomarche "home and garden" market has opened next to the facility. We want the assortment to expand to the maximum with shops and industries that will enrich the offer already existing in the region. That is why Sekunda II will feature very well-known brands that will debut in Jędrzejów. Despite such an early stage of the investment, we have only the last free premises left to lease, so we invite tenants interested to cooperation - it will be the best commercial place in this region, guaranteeing high turnover - says Ewa Ściubidło, Vice President of Mallson Polska, the company responsible for the commercialization of the space.

Sekunda facilities are located at Reymonta Street, in the vicinity there are housing estates, a city park, the Sports Club stadium and a train and a bus station, as well as schools and state institutions. An additional advantage of the project is the close proximity of a petrol station, car wash and vehicle inspection station.

The investor is the Quantum company from Jędrzejów. Currently, construction has begun on another project under the Sekunda brand in Włoszczowa with 12,000 sq m of lease area, where approximately 25 stores of popular brands are planned - fashion, footwear, drugstores, electronics and household appliances, interior design, services, catering and others. The supermarket will be the Lidl grocery store in its latest concept. A car park with over 420 spaces will be available to customers. The opening of the park in Włoszczowa is planned for 2026. Ultimately, several facilities are to be built under the common Sekunda brand. Mallson Polska is responsible for the commercial concept and project lease.
