Redkom Development has announced the opening of the facility in the 2nd/3rd quarter of 2025.

Another tenant

Recently, Ochnik has joined the list of tenants - a Polish brand with 35 years of experience on the market.

Ochnik is one of the most recognizable Polish clothing and haberdashery brands, whose beginnings date back to 1989. The excellent quality clothing and leather goods associated with Ochnik are just the beginning of a long history. Currently, the brand also offers a complete textile collection, which includes both outerwear and a wide range of lightweight clothing. A significant sales volume also includes suitcases and travel accessories. All products are characterized by high quality, attention to detail and unique design.

In Przystanek Karkonosze, the brand's store will operate on over 300 sq m.

"The commercialization of Przystanek Karkonosze has entered an advanced stage. We have started the construction of the facility and are preparing to open it in 2025. Due to the location of the facility, the investment is very popular with tenants. Karpacz and the surrounding area will gain in attractiveness. A modern place of trade will be created, bringing together many brands previously unavailable in this region. I am certain that this project will be successful. The area around Karpacz is very lacking a strong retail park. Przystanek Karkonosze will be a key place guaranteeing the local community and numerous tourists satisfying shopping” – Elżbieta Kutrasińska, head of leasing, Redkom Development.

“Opening the Ochnik shop in Przystanek Karkonosze is part of the development strategy of our sales network, which assumes diversification of locations and going beyond traditional shopping malls. Presence in retail parks allows us to reach a wider group of customers, and the location near the tourist town of Karpacz is an additional advantage. We hope that our offer will be met with great interest from both local residents and tourists visiting the Karkonosze region.” Arkadiusz Konarski, director of development of Ochnik showrooms.

Redkom Development cooperates with Mallson Polska on the commercialization of the Przystanek Karkonosze retail park.
