In Wałbrzych, work are underway to create an integrated shopping and communication center in the city center. The first part of the project - the PKP Wałbrzych Centrum station - has already been put into operation, the remaining part will open in 2026.

A large retail park with over 10,000 m2 GLA will be built in the very center of Wałbrzych. It will combine retail and transfer functions for the main transport hub of Wałbrzych and the entire region, which serves millions of passengers annually. Passengers will be able to comfortably use both the PKP station, as well as new bus stations, ticket offices, waiting rooms and the rich offer of the retail park, which will be created as part of this integrated investment.

Passengers will be able to use dozens of PKP connections, including: with Wrocław, Szklarska Poręba, Kłodzko, Poznań and Jelenia Góra, but also a bus station that will serve all bus operators in the region - urban public transport, agglomeration, regional and supra-regional, connecting all cities, towns and villages in the region.

An additional advantage of the location in the strict city centre - at Wysockiego Street, is the proximity of public utility facilities - including the City Office, ZUS, District Court, hospital and theatre. In addition, a Lidl grocery store and a McDonald's restaurant with a Shell petrol station are already operating in the immediate vicinity. The expansion and change of the communication system will make the Wałbrzych Centrum retail park together with the bus and PKP station the heart of this entire area.

Wałbrzych Centrum will offer approx. 20 premises with a comprehensive retail and service offer. The project will include a supermarket, as well as shops of well-known and popular brands from the fashion, electronics and household appliances, drugstores, services and catering industries, as well as medical and fitness services. Several hundred parking spaces will be available to customers.

The project was developed by the architectural studio Studio MTS. The investors are Mallson Polska, Eudeco and Galeria 7. Mallson is responsible for the commercial concept and lease, and Eudeco for the technical and construction side of the project.
