Lublin will gain a modern retail and service area. The new investment will provide potential customers with a wide and comprehensive shopping offer.

The advantage of the project is its location - at the intersection of Wojtasa and Stefczyka streets, near the S19 bypass and surrounded by numerous housing blocks. Additionally, new housing estates for several thousand new residents are currently being built in the immediate vicinity of the facility.

The retail park will have an area of ​​over 8,000 sq m and will house a well-known supermarket and several stores of popular brands, including from the fashion, sports, drugstore, footwear and RTV/AGD industries. 300 parking spaces have been provided for customers of the center by car.

The opening of the facility is planned for the end of 2025.

The investor is a special-purpose vehicle from the El Par Group. This will be another retail project of this company. The implementation of its flagship project - a retail park in the very center of Wejherowo - will also begin soon.

The role of the Substitute Investor and project coordinator is performed by Eudeco, which will also certify the facility to the BREEAM Very Good level.
