Rossmann is a tenant of Bielsko-Biała Retail Park and Przystanek Karkonosze!
Retail parks implemented by Redkom Development – Comfy Park Bielik in Bielsko-Biała and Przystanek Karkonosze on the outskirts of Karpacz have gained a new tenant. Rossmann drugstores will be created in both destinations.
Redkom Development implements retail parks using the strategy of diversifying the industries represented by tenants. Thus, the offer of stores and service points is diversified and covers more than the basic needs of customers.
Current projects implemented by the Redkom Group – Comfy Park Bielik in Bielsko-Biała and Przystanek Karkonosze on the outskirts of Karpacz – each with a retail area of approx. 17,000 GLA and space for approx. 30 stores and service points, are examples of facilities that allow for the creation of an attractive and competitive tenant mix in relation to neighboring retail locations.

Rossmann drugstores, the largest drugstore chain in Poland with the number of stores exceeding 1,800 and a million customers every day, will be created in both destinations.
Rossmann is the leader of the drugstore market in Poland. Over 1 million Poles shop in drugstores every day. The first Rossmann in our country was established in 1993 in Łódź. 28 years later, the company celebrated the opening of its 1,500th drugstore. Today, we have over 1,800 in Poland, and each has at least one self-service checkout.
For those who love visiting drugstores, the brand has prepared a new way of shopping - Rossmann GO. The customer enters the store, scans products with their phone, pays for them conveniently online or at the checkout and leaves. Rossmann has also created the Rossmann PL application, which allows you to join the Rossmann Club. It enjoys great popularity, with over 9 million users having it on their smartphones.
Rossmann offers its customers 21.5 thousand Polish and foreign products (a total of 800 brands). Every year, it introduces 7 thousand new products to the shelves.
