Comfy Park Bielik with a retail area of ​​17,000 GLA is being built in Bielsko-Biała. The facility developed by Redkom Development is already at the end of the commercialization process, the rate of which is 91% almost half a year before its opening.

Comfy Park Bielik will be the largest retail park in the region, which allows for much wider possibilities in terms of tenant mix, and above all, a large variety of industries and the creation of excellent conditions for shops and services requiring larger lease areas.

“The facility we are building and commercializing is undoubtedly unique on the local market. There are few retail parks offering 30 stores and service points covering basic and more demanding customer needs. Comfy Park Bielik will have a wide range of popular stores and a wide range of services, as well as a strong food operator - Kaufland. The stores will include articles from the fashion and beauty sector, assortments for home, drugstores and sports products. Services will be represented by, among others, an optical salon, a flower shop, a bakery, a travel agency and the Xtreme Fitness Gyms gym. Comfy Park Bielik will undoubtedly be a competitor to the currently operating retail locations in Bielsko-Biała." says Elżbieta Kutrasińska, Head of Leasing, Redkom Development.

In April this year, Redkom Development sold the retail park under construction in Bielsko-Biała. The facility was transferred to the portfolio of Newgate Investment. Redkom Development, which cooperates with Mallson Polska in the field of lease of commercial and service space, is still responsible for the construction and commercialization.

The opening of Comfy Park Bielik is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2024.
