The newly constructed retail park in Bielsko-Biała is an attractive retail destination for many companies, including those requiring larger lease areas.

In practice, half of the leased premises in Comfy Park Bielik are above 800 m2. Media Expert, which is the market leader and the largest electronics/home appliances chain in Poland, with over 550 electromarkets in approximately 470 cities throughout the country, will open its store in a similar space. In addition to the product offer, it provides transport and service, disposal of old equipment, and a rich package of device installation and configuration services. The brand has been present on the market since 2002.

In recent years, Media Expert, through the MEDIAEXPERT "Włącz się" Foundation, actively supported the Polish health service during the pandemic, GOPR and WOPR units, and educational and upbringing facilities, as well as aid programs for refugees from Ukraine. The company is a laureate of awards, among others: Grand Prix - Consumer Laurel, Service Quality Star, Golden Consumer Emblem.
