Przystanek Karkonosze attracts a key tenant!
The Przystanek Karkonosze retail park developed by Redkom Development in the suburbs of Karpacz in Miłków is enjoying increasing interest from tenants. The lease agreements signed by Redkom Development with Lidl Polska and the 4F chain are joined by Sinsay - one of the brands of LPP group.
Sinsay was established in 2013 and is constantly developing its sales network, offering clothing, beauty products, home accessories and many other accessories at attractive prices.
The brand is present with its stationary and online offer in over 20 European markets. Today, Sinsay is an example of success and one of the most frequently visited brands, appreciated on the one hand for its wide product range and, on the other hand, for the great affordability of the offer. Another one will join the network of over a thousand Sinsay stores in the Przystanek Karkonosze retail park. An attribute of the stores is the neutral architecture, thanks to which the products gain the best possible exposure. The concept creates a balanced background for the full color and diversity of the product.
“Sinsay is extremely popular, and the dynamics of new openings shows that regardless of location, it enjoys enormous customer interest. Przystanek Karkonosze will be the most modern retail park in the region. The Karkonosze Mountains, always focused on tourism, are characterized by a lack of attractive trading places. We know that our facility will attract numerous tourists and local residents. The project has been on the market for several years, thanks to Redkom Development it will be implemented, and the region will gain new jobs and an exceptionally attractive place for trade. The Sinsay brand fits perfectly into the design of Przystanek Karkonosze, complementing the local offer with a modern concept offering fashion for the whole family and home goods. We know that residents are waiting for the opening of the retail park, so we are sure of the success of this project" - Elżbieta Kutrasińska, Head of Leasing, Redkom Development.
Przystanek Karkonosze undoubtedly fits into the unique landscape of the region, which has been an attraction for tourists from Poland and abroad for years. The facility will offer 17,000 sq m of commercial space planned for approximately 30 shops and service points, also intended to support sales for local businesses. The opening of the retail park is Q2/Q3 2025.
Redkom Development cooperates with Mallson Polska on the commercialization of the facility.
