The Kodano Optyk chain is developing in Poland at an impressive pace, which is why it cannot be missing in the newly established retail location, which, due to its potential, will "turbully" the retail market in Bielsko-Biała.

The new retail park being built in place of Tesco will be launched at the end of this year, offering a wide selection of products available in 30 stores and a retail area of 17,000 GLA. The food tenant in the facility will be the well-known Kaufland hypermarket.

"Our presence in the newly built park in Bielsko-Biała is mandatory for us - it will be a unique facility in the entire region and beyond. We appreciate that, in addition to trade, it will have a well-developed service section, thanks to which it will attract a large number of residents. The introduction of a partner system and a referral program is new for Kodano, which significantly affects the dynamics of the chain expansion. The commercialization of the retail park in Bielsko-Biała is carried out by the consulting company Mallson Polska.
