Przystanek Karkonosze with 30 tenants
The Przystanek Karkonosze retail park will be located in an exceptionally beautiful place. The charm of the landscape of nearby Karpacz must influence not only the facade of the facility, but also the offer. We attach great importance to enabling Polish brands and local businesses to enter our retail park and sell. On the one hand, it is a form of support for those entrepreneurs who see their company in the concept of integrated sales. On the other hand, local flair is necessary for investments carried out outside the main metropolises of our country, especially in places where local tradition has been cultivated for generations. – Elżbieta Kutrasińska, Senior Leasing Manager, Redkom Development.
The excellent location of the new retail park, which leads to the main tourist resorts, will significantly contribute to the inflow of residents of nearby villages and towns as well as numerous tourists. Karpacz will benefit from the investment carried out by the Redkom Group.
Przystanek Karkonosze is designed for approximately 30 commercial and service premises, including fashion stores and a drive-thru restaurant, and will also offer a spacious parking lot for 400 passenger cars.
The consulting company Mallson Polska is the agent cooperating with the commercialization of the project.
