Redkom Development has started the construction of a retail park in Bielsko-Biała!
The new REDKOM Development retail park will be built in place of the Tesco hypermarket located at Warszawska Street in Bielsko-Biała. The project is scheduled to open in November this year.
The main contractor is Daldehog INTL Sp. z o. o., which was also responsible for the construction of the Ozimska Park commercial facility in Opole belonging to the Redkom Group.
Kaufland plus 30 tenants
The opening of the retail park in Bielsko-Biała, with an area of approx. 17,000 GLA, is planned for November 2024. In addition to the Kaufland grocery store, the facility is designed for approx. 30 commercial and service premises. Commercialization is practically coming to an end. The contracted tenants include popular chain brands: well-known drugstores, fashion, home goods and electronics stores. The offer may be supplemented by local companies providing services whose profiles fit the concept of the retail park.
The new facility in Bielsko-Biała will be the largest retail park in the region, with an excellent location near the S1 expressway junction and the entrance to the city center. In the immediate vicinity there are: Castorama, Moya petrol station, Merkury Market store and KFC restaurant, which complement the commercial offer.
