The CCC shoe store has joined the group of tenants of Foch Park in Knurów. The shop will occupy over 450 m2 of leasable space and will be the only store of this brand in the city.

The facility is located in an excellent location - in the very center of the city, near the city market, station, hospital and surrounded by numerous housing estates. The total area of the investment is approximately 4,500 sq m. GLA. The retail park will include stores of chain brands from the fashion, home furnishings, drugstores and services sectors, as well as the already operating Biedronka supermarket. The entire project is integrated with convenient parking lots.

Construction of the facility is underway and the opening is scheduled for the third quarter of 2024.

Mallson Polska is responsible for the commercial concept and lease. The architectural design was developed by Wiz-Art Studio Tomasz Borek.
