The chain of Era Park Handlowy retail facilities is enriched with another investment. Preparations for the implementation of a modern commercial and service project in Kosakowo near Gdynia have already begun.

The project is characterized by an excellent location on the Gdynia - Rewa route, directly next to the operating Lidl and the planned chain drive-thru restaurant. In the vicinity of the investment there is already an Aldi grocery store and an Orlen petrol station, as well as a Biedronka supermarket. An additional advantage of the location are the existing and intensively expanding housing estates in the surroundings.

The investment involves the construction of a retail park with an area of 6,000 m2 GLA, which will include approximately 20 commercial and service premises with a comprehensive offer of popular chain brands, including: from the fashion, sports, drugstore, footwear, pet and consumer electronics/appliances industries. Smaller service and catering outlets are also planned. There is a convenient parking lot for customers with approximately 170 spaces. Construction works will begin in Q3 2024, and the facility is scheduled to open to customers in Q4 2025.

The facility in Kosakowo will be the fifth shopping center developed by the experienced investor of the Era Park Handlowy chain. In addition to the centers in Warsaw's Rembertów and Wieluń, there are currently two operating facilities under expansion - in Iława and Radomsko.
