Empik will open its store in the upcoming Retail Park in Knurów. The store will occupy nearly 200 m2 of leasable space and will be the only store of this brand in the city.

The facility is located in an excellent location - in the very center of the city, near the city market, station, hospital and surrounded by numerous housing estates. The total area of the investment is approximately 4,500 sq m GLA. The retail park will include stores of chain brands from the fashion, home furnishings, drugstores and services sectors, as well as the already operating Biedronka food market. The entire project is integrated with convenient parking lots.

Mallson Polska is responsible for the commercial concept and lease. The architectural design was developed by Wiz-Art Studio Tomasz Borek.

Foch Park is another investment in the portfolio of Komart Investments, which deals with planning, design, construction and management of commercial real estate.

The facility already has a building permit and its opening is scheduled for the third quarter of 2024.
