The largest retail park in the city and region - Era - will be expanded. Currently, it covers an area of over 7,000 sq m there are several shops of popular brands - including: Sinsay, Cropp, House, Deichmann, Pepco, Action, Rossmann, Martes Sport, Neonet and the Aldi grocery store.

Preparations for the expansion of the project have recently begun, which will result in the creation of approximately 1,350 sq m additional retail space. The opening of phase II is planned for the first half of 2025.

Iława Era Park Handlowy was built in an excellent location - at the intersection of Aleja Jana Pawła II (provincial road no. 536) and Ziemowita Street, next to the Orlen petrol station and surrounded by rapidly developing residential development. Additionally, a chain drive-thru restaurant is planned to be built in the vicinity of the project.

In addition to the planned expansion of the facility in Iława, the expansion of the first of the Era Park chain - the center in Radomsko - is already underway. Recently, the leasing process of another project has also begun - located in Kosakowo near Gdynia. The chain also includes Era Park in Wieluń and Rembertów in Warsaw.
