Lidl Polska will open a store in the Przystanek Karkonosze retail park!
The Lidl Polska store will be the supermarket in the newly constructed facility developed by REDKOM Development.
REDKOM has finalized the purchase of real estate intended for the construction of the Przystanek Karkonosze retail park.
The new shopping complex with an area of approximately 16,000 sq m will be located in Miłków, on the outskirts of Karpacz.
The location, thanks to the immediate vicinity of routes leading to Karpacz, Szklarska Poręba and Jelenia Góra, will be an exceptionally attractive destination for tens of thousands of inhabitants of nearby villages and towns as well as numerous tourists visiting this region all year round.
Lidl Polska meets the needs and shopping habits of Poles, providing high-quality products at attractive, low prices, produced in a sustainable way. Currently, there are over 12,000 stores of this brand in 31 countries, and over 850 in Poland.
The opening of Przystanek Karkonosze is planned for the third quarter of 2025. In addition to the Lidl Polska store, the project includes approximately 30 commercial and service premises, including fashion stores, a drive-thru restaurant and 400 parking spaces. The facility will be another retail park in the REDKOM portfolio.
REDKOM Development opened two attractive shopping complexes in 2023 - Ozimska Park in Opole and Park Glinianka in Łubna near Warsaw. Their total retail area put into use in 2023 amounted to over 27,000 GLA. Both projects were awarded the prestigious European Property Awards 2023 and were nominated for CEE Retail Awards 2024 and CIJ Awards Poland 2024.
In the commercialization of Przystanek Karkonosze, REDKOM Development cooperates with Mallson Polska.
