The largest commercial project in the region will include an Auchan hypermarket. The brand's newest concept will occupy over 2,200 m2. This will be the only store of this chain in the city.

Osada Retail Park will be built on an area of approximately 10 ha, and its leasable area will be over 33,000 m2. In addition to the Auchan store, the investment will include the region's only large-format DIY store and a retail park with approximately 50 shops of all industries, including the most famous domestic and foreign retail chains. Additionally, the offer will be complemented by a KFC restaurant in drive-thru format. Customers will have a comfortable, free parking lot for over 800 cars.

This part of the city is often called "Osada Młyńska" by the inhabitants - hence the name of the project. The excellent location in the area of Mickiewicza, Kasprowicza and Mazowiecka streets will ensure a large flow of customers. In the immediate vicinity there is also a Mrówka DIY store, a Biedronka grocery store and a McDonald's restaurant.

Construction has already started, and the opening of the first stage of the retail park will take place later this year, while the entire facility will be operational in 2025.

The investor is Mabrok K.Kuran, a company with extensive experience in the development of retail parks. The investment is managed by CMP S.A. Mallson Polska is responsible for the commercial concept and lease, and the contract with Auchan was signed by Delta - Sebastian Kwiatkowski.
