The offer of the Retail Park in Knurów has been enriched with a chain tenant. The international retail chain Jysk offering home decoration and furnishing products will occupy an area of 1,260 sq m. The facility has already obtained a building permit, and in January this year earthworks have started. The opening of the facility is scheduled for the third quarter of 2024.

The facility is located in an excellent location - in the very center of Knurów in Silesia, near the city market, surrounded by numerous housing estates. On an area of 4,500 sq m. GLA it will include shops of chain brands from the fashion, home furnishing, drugstore and service sectors. The retail park will share a large, convenient parking lot with the already operating Biedronka grocery store.

Mallson Polska is responsible for the commercial concept and lease. The architectural design was developed by Wiz-Art Studio Tomasz Borek.
