The well-known McDonald's restaurant joins the group of tenants of Nowa Sukcesja. Premises with an area of 140 m2 will be located on the first floor in the catering area.

For many years, McDonald's has been opting for the drive-thru concept, so the opening in Nowa Sukcesja will be a unique event on the Polish market and the first restaurant of this brand in a shopping center in a long time.

Intensive work is underway to remodel the facility, which was closed a few years ago. There will be approximately 100 shops of well-known chains and service points on two commercial levels. A space will be created for service, commercial and catering activities, with a spacious food court and renovated interiors of common areas. The grocery store will be the Biedronka chain, which will open one of its largest shops in the country - with an area of approximately 1,800 m2.

Nowa Sukcesja is a project that will stand out not only in Poland, but also in Europe. It will respond to the current changing needs of customers - the leisure, entertainment and gastronomic components become crucial for the center to attract customers and thus ensure high turnover for retail tenants. Unique attractions for families with children, teenagers and students will occupy as much as 30,000 sq m. These attractions will be very affordable, which will additionally attract entire families not only from Łódź but from the entire region. The entire floor -1 will be filled with dozens of attractions such as a car track, a mini town, a ninja warriors obstacle course, trampolines, never-before-seen thematic playgrounds, a stage for musical, theatrical and sports performances, play zones for simulators and arcade games, and many others. The whole will be complemented by the largest toy store in Poland. Additionally, the center will feature a 9-screen Helios cinema, a modernized 26-lane bowling alley, and a modern fitness club and dance school.

The facility is located in an excellent location - in the very center of the city, close to the Expo hall, the Lodz University of Technology and the academic estate. Moreover, many new housing estates have been built in recent years in the vicinity of Nowa Sukcesja, and new, intensive housing development is still being built. Customers will have at their disposal a comfortable, covered parking lot with 1,200 spaces.

The opening of Nowa Sukcesja is planned for the fourth quarter of 2024. The investor is Amush Investment Group. Mallson and Anna Piotrowska on behalf of the owner are responsible for the commercial concept and commercialization.
