The construction of the largest shopping and service center in Żyrardów, Masovian Voivodeship, has begun.

The project will occupy an area of approximately 10 ha. The excellent location in the area of Mickiewicza, Kasprowicza and Mazowiecka streets will ensure a large flow of customers. In the immediate vicinity there is also a Mrówka DIY store, a Biedronka grocery store and a McDonald's restaurant.

The total leasable area of Osada Retail Park will be over 33,000 m2. The investment will include the creation of the region's only large-format DIY store, an Auchan grocery store, and a retail park with approximately 50 shops of all industries, including the most famous domestic and foreign retail chains. Additionally, the offer will be complemented by a KFC restaurant in drive-thru format. Customers will have a comfortable, free parking lot for over 800 cars.

The opening of the first stage of the retail park will take place this year, and the entire facility will be operational in 2025.

The investor is Mabrok K.Kuran, a company with extensive experience in the development of retail parks. The project architect is the APA VIA studio. Mallson Polska is responsible for the commercial concept and lease.
