The prestigious jewelry brand Verona has joined the group of tenants of the modern retail park.

In a modern retail park created on the site of the former shopping mall project with a Tesco hypermarket, with an area of nearly 17,000 sq m there are several dozen chain stores of different brands.

The tenants of the center are: the only store in the city, the Jula multimarket chain, the Kaufland grocery hypermarket, the nationwide chain of fitness clubs - Xtreme and Sinsay, TEDi, Woolworth, NKD, Carry, Dealz, Pepco, Rossmann, Media Expert, Kodano Optyk, InMedio, Itaka, Przyjazna Pharmacy, and the gastronomic part includes Sphinx, Popolo Pasta&Pizza, Kuchenne Klimaty and the Hert bakery.

The facility is located in the city center, on the longest street in the city, surrounded by numerous residential buildings, close to offices, a court, schools, kindergartens and a railway station. There is a Lidl supermarket and a McDonald's restaurant nearby. Additionally, Ozimska Park is integrated with a large common parking lot with the Meble Agata store and the Aldi supermarket.

The facility opened in November 2023.
