The opening of Ozimska Park in Opole is fast approaching. Recently, other well-known and popular brands - Pepco and Dealz - have joined the rebuilt modern retail park - implemented on the site of the former shopping center project with a Tesco hypermarket.

In a modern retail park with an area of nearly 17,000 sq m. several dozen chain stores will be opened.

- The commercialization of the facility has reached over 95% of the leasable area. We have selected the main tenants of the facility, such as: the only store in the city, the Jula multimarket chain, the Kaufland grocery hypermarket, the nationwide chain of fitness clubs - Xtreme, well-known and popular brands such as: Sinsay, TEDi, Woolworth, Rossmann, Media Expert and many others. Further agreements are in the finalization phase, says Ewa Ściubidło, vice-president of Mallson, which commercializes the entire investment.

The facility's offer will also include, among others: salons: optical Kodano and jewelry, InMedio newsagents, the gastronomic part will be Sphinx restaurants, Popolo Pasta&Pizza, Kuchenne Klimaty and Hert bakery.

- The facility uses modern architectural solutions, which, combined with a comfortable, covered relaxation area and a strong shopping offer, will attract crowds of customers to the facility. The facility will have two independent parking lots, he adds.

The facility is located in the city center, on the longest street in the city, surrounded by numerous residential buildings, close to offices, a court, schools, kindergartens and a railway station. There is a Lidl supermarket and a McDonald's restaurant nearby. Additionally, Ozimska Park is integrated with a large shared parking lot with the Meble Agata showroom and the Aldi grocery operator.

The developer and investor is Redkom Development. Mallson Polska is responsible for renting the commercial space. The commercialization and management of the facility is supervised by Scallier. JLL participated in the commercialization of Kaufland and Jula.

The opening of the facility is planned for mid-November 2023.
