The tenant mix of a large retail project in Opole - Ozimska Park - is enriched by the Woolworth discount chain. A shop with a wide range of household products, electronics, home furnishings, textiles, decorations, toys and art supplies will occupy nearly 1,500 sq m. of leasable space.

The reconstruction of the former Galeria Ozimska in Opole is already in the final phase of the investment. It will be another modern retail park in Poland - implemented in the place of the former project of a shopping center with a Tesco hypermarket.

Ozimska Park after reconstruction will offer nearly 19,000 sq m. of leasable space, where over 30 stores of well-known chain brands will operate. In the modernized space, Kaufland and popular chains such as e.g. Jula, Media Expert, Rossmann or Sinsay will open their stores.

The facility is located in the city center on the longest street in the city, surrounded by numerous residential buildings, close to offices, court, schools, kindergartens and the railway station.

In its vicinity there is a Lidl market and a McDonald's restaurant. In addition, Ozimska Park is integrated with a common large car park with the Meble Agata showroom and the Aldi discount store.

The project was awarded in the European Awards Property Development 2023 competition in the Retail Architecture category.

- The project is a combination of the concept of a shopping street with a retail park, with well-developed green space and two convenient parking lots. We plan to create not only the possibility of efficient shopping with direct access close to your favorite store, but also a comfortable gastronomic zone with outdoor gardens. We are in the process of finalizing agreements with other well-known networks of key industries, including fashion, jewelry, optics and others. We will provide details soon, these are the last available premises - says Ewa Ściubidło - vice president at Mallson, which is commercializing the entire investment.

The opening of Ozimska Park is scheduled for mid-November this year.

The developer and investor is Redkom Development. Mallson Polska is responsible for the lease of the retail space. Supervision over the commercialization and management of the facility is carried out by Scallier.
