The large retail project in Opole - Ozimska Park - being rebuilt is joined by a well-known chain of electromarkets - Media Expert. The store will occupy over 600 sq.m. of leasable space.

Advanced reconstruction works of the former Galeria Ozimska in Opole are in progress. It will be another modern retail park in Poland - implemented in the place of the former project of a shopping center with a Tesco hypermarket.

The new facility - under the name Ozimska Park - after reconstruction will offer approx. 18,000 sq m. of leasable space, where over 30 stores of well-known chain brands will operate. In the modernized space, Kaufland and popular chains such as e.g. Jula, Rossmann or Sinsay will open its stores.

The project is located in the city center on the longest street in the city, surrounded by numerous residential buildings, close to offices, a courthouse, schools, kindergartens and the railway station.

In its vicinity there is a Lidl market and a McDonald's restaurant. In addition, Ozimska Park is integrated with a common large car park with the Agata Meble showroom and the Aldi supermarket.

The new version of the project - a modern retail park with two independent, comfortable car parks, a roofed relaxation zone, greenery and interesting architectural solutions will certainly surprise with its quality and will attract a lot of customers to the facility with its offer - says Ewa Ściubidło - vice president at Mallson, which commercializes the entire investment.

The opening of Ozimska Park is scheduled for November this year.

The developer and investor is Redkom Development. Mallson Polska is responsible for the lease of the retail space. Supervision over the commercialization and management of the facility is carried out by Scallier.
