Bawełnianka: Woolworth will open a large store in Bełchatów!
The German discount chain Woolworth will open its store in the most modern shopping and entertainment center in the region - Galeria Bawełnianka. A store with a wide range of household products, electronics, home furnishings, textiles, decorations, toys and arts and crafts will occupy 850 sqm. of leasable space. It will be one of the first stores of this brand in Poland.
The Bawełnianka Shopping Center is located in the heart of the city, on the site of the former Bełchatów Cotton Industry Plant. The facility will have over 80 shops and service outlets, an entertainment zone with a cinema and a fitness club. The main tenants of Bawełnianka will be i.a. the only stores of the following brands in the city: Reserved, HalfPrice, Mohito, Cropp, House, Carry, W.Kruk, Vistula, Wólczanka, Pizza Hut, Ochnik and eobuwie. In addition, customers will also be able to shop e.g. in CCC, Apart, Rossmann, Pepco, Dealz, Verona, Vision Express, Tedi and Media Expert. Biedronka will also open its market in the latest concept in Bawełnianka. Together with the neighboring Lidl market - located 100 meters from the gallery - they will provide the widest grocery offer in the region. Customers will also have at their disposal the largest gastronomic zone in the city in a unique - industrial style and a comfortable parking lot with 700 spaces.
The investor of Bawełnianka is GBB Invest sp. z o.o., whose majority shareholder is TG Capital Sp. z o.o., belonging to a financial holding operating mainly in the development and investment industries. The lease is run by the international company Cushman&Wakefield.
Mallson Polska is responsible for investor supervision over the commercialization of the facility.
The facility is scheduled to open in spring 2023.
