Sinsay is a tenant of the new version of Ozimska Park in Opole!
Advanced works on the reconstruction of Galeria Ozimska in Opole are in progress. The facility will become a modern retail park under the new name Ozimska Park, and at the same time the newest large and significant retail project in Opole. The group of tenants of the reconstructed Galeria Ozimska has been joined by the popular brand of the LPP group - Sinsay. The store will occupy an area of nearly 1,000 sq m.
The building will combine many zones - including commercial, service and gastronomic zones. The total leasable area after the reconstruction will amount to approx. 17,000 sq m, with a total of over 30 stores of well-known chain brands. In the modernized space, Kaufland will open its market in the latest concept, in the place where the Tesco hypermarket used to be.
The excellent location - in the city center on the longest street in the city, in the vicinity of Lidl and McDonald's restaurants, surrounded by numerous residential buildings, close to offices, courts, schools and kindergartens - will make the project a frequently visited shopping place for the inhabitants of Opole and the surrounding area. The investment will be a retail park with a pedestrian passage between the buildings. In addition, Ozimska Park is integrated with a common large car park with the Agata Meble store and the Aldi supermarket.
The opening of Ozimska Park in the new version is to take place in the fourth quarter of 2023.
The developer and investor is Redkom Development. Mallson Polska is responsible for the lease of the retail space. Supervision over the commercialization and management of the facility is carried out by Scallier.
