On March 23, the opening of the largest retail park in the city - the Era Park chain - is planned. The facility is 99% leased and preparations for phase II are already underway.

On an area of over 7,000 sqm there will be over a dozen stores of popular brands, including a few debuting in Iława. The following will open their first stores in the city: ALDI grocery store, Action, Deichmann and Verona - a jewelry store belonging to YES. In addition, in Era Park customers will be able to shop in stores of the following brands: Sinsay, Cropp, House, Pepco, Rossmann, Martes Sport, Neonet, men's fashion salon, Inmedio and Raszczyk confectionery. The last unit with an area of 24 sq m is available for lease. A convenient car park with approx. 230 spaces is provided for customers.

Conceptual works related to the enlargement of the facility and preparation for the implementation of the second phase of the project have already begun.

Iława Era Park Handlowy is located at the intersection of Aleja Jana Pawła II (provincial road No. 536) and Ziemowita Street, in the vicinity of the Orlen petrol station and surrounded by intensively developing residential development.

Era Park Handlowy facilities are already operating in Radomsko, Wieluń and Rembertów in Warsaw, and apart from the project in Iława - more are in preparation.
