The group of tenants of the most modern shopping center in the region - Galeria Bawełnianka in Bełchatów, is joined by the jewelery company Apart, which will occupy an area of nearly 110 sq m. The facility is scheduled to open in spring 2023.

Apart stores offer a wide range of both jewelry and watches. The brand is famous for the largest selection of designs with diamonds on the market, as well as those decorated with stones such as sapphires, tanzanites and pearls. In addition to the classics, the brand also offers casual jewelery and jewelery referring to current trends. Lovers of high-end watches will find in Apart models from such respected manufactories as: Jaeger-LeCoultre, Zenith, Breitling, Hublot or Cartier.

The Bawełnianka Shopping Center is located in the heart of the city, on the site of the former Bełchatów Cotton Industry Plant. The facility will have over 80 shops and service outlets, an entertainment zone with a cinema and a fitness club. Bawełnianka's tenants will include: the only Reserved, HalfPrice, Mohito, Cropp, House and eobuwie brands in the city. Biedronka will open its market in the latest concept in Bawełnianka. Together with the neighboring Lidl market - located 100 meters from the gallery - they will provide the widest grocery offer in the region. Customers will also have access to a unique food court in an industrial style and a comfortable parking lot with 700 spaces.

The investor of Bawełnianka is GBB Invest sp. z o.o., whose majority shareholder is TG Capital Sp. z o.o., belonging to a financial holding operating mainly in the development and investment industries. The lease is run by the international company Cushman&Wakefield.

Mallson Polska is responsible for investor supervision over the commercialization of the facility.
