The long-awaited opening of the Bawełnianka shopping center in Bełchatów will take place in March 2023. The process of leasing of the premises in this most modern shopping and entertainment center in the region is entering its final stage. Numerous well-known Polish and international brands will open in the facility. They will occupy the largest and medium-sized premises of the facility. Currently, the phase of leasing smaller premises has begun, therefore - on Tuesday, November 8, a meeting will be organized at which the investor will present the details of the project and proposals for the opening of smaller premises by local entrepreneurs - on preferential terms.

The invitation is directed primarily to local entrepreneurs who already operate, already have a recognized brand among customers and would like to move their point or open another one. Additionally, however, the investor encourages people who are just planning to start their adventure with trade, services or gastronomy to meet. Numerous well-known chain trade companies, which are currently looking for partners to run premises under their names, want to enter Bawełnianka. Bawełnianka Shopping Center is located in the heart of the city, on the premises of the former Bełchatów Cotton Industry Plant. The facility will have over 80 shops and service outlets, an entertainment zone with a cinema and a fitness club. Bawełnianka's tenants will include the only shops in the city of brands such as Reserved, HalfPrice, Mohito, Cropp, House, eobuwie and Modivo. Biedronka will open its supermarket in Bawełnianka in the latest concept. Customers will also have at their disposal a unique gastronomic zone in an industrial style and a comfortable parking lot with 700 parking spaces.

Bawełnianka is one of the few new shopping centers to be built in Poland. The facility will be opened in March 2023.

The investor of Bawełnianka is GBB Invest sp.z o.o., the majority shareholder of which is TG Capital Sp. z o.o., belonging to a financial holding company operating mainly in the development industry, and the investment company RM Investments Sp. z o.o., operating on the real estate market. Construction and finishing works in the facility are carried out by CBRE GWS. The lease is carried out by the international company Cushman & Wakefield, while Mallson Polska is responsible for the investor's supervision over the commercialization of the facility.
