At the beginning of November this year, PIR sp. z o.o. - the investor of the facility planned to open the largest modern shopping center in Legionowo - Centrum Maxim. Final works are underway to prepare for the reception of customers of the rebuilt and expanded facility.

In the area of over 10,000 sq m GLA there will be approx. 35 shops of well-known chain and local brands, creating a varied fashion, gastronomic and service offer. The customers of the center will be able to shop in shops such as: Biedronka, Sinsay, House, Cropp, Pepco, CCC, Rossmann, RTV Euro AGD, TEDi, Dealz, Big Star, 4F franchise store, Verona jewelry store (Yes), as well as use the offer of the Zdrofit fitness club. Approximately 250 parking spaces will be available to customers.

A unique location in the city center, next to the largest city market and surrounded by housing estates, as well as well-known and popular brands will ensure high number of visits to the Maxim Center by city residents and the whole county.
