The largest retail park in the city is being built in Iława, which is another facility of the Era Park Handlowy chain. Construction works are carried out in accordance with the investment schedule. The premises will be handed over to the first tenants soon. The opening of the facility is planned for March 2023.

The commercialization level of the facility is 99 percent. On the area of ​​over 7 thousand sqm a dozen or so stores of popular brands will open: ALDI, Sinsay, Cropp, House, Pepco, Deichmann, Rossmann, Martes Sport, Action and Neonet. The offer of the facility will also be enriched by a jewelery shop, sushi restaurant, press lounge and bakery and confectionery. The last area of ​​24 sq m is available for lease. A convenient car park with approximately 230 spaces is provided for customers.

Iława Era Park Handlowy will be located at the junction of Aleja Jana Pawła II (provincial road No. 536) and ul. Ziemowita, next to the Orlen petrol station and surrounded by intensively developing residential buildings.

Era Park Handlowy facilities are already operating in Radomsko, Wieluń and Rembertów in Warsaw, and apart from the project in Iława - several more are in preparation.
