The newest concept of the Biedronka market will open together with the entire Bawełnianka in Bełchatów in March next year. The discount grocery store will occupy an area of ​​over 1.2 thousand sqm. Together with the Lidl market - located 100 meters from the gallery, they will create the widest, attractive food offer for customers from the city and the region.

Bawełnianka Shopping Center is located in the historic heart of the city, on the premises of the former Bełchatów Cotton Industry Plant. In the facility with an area of ​​over 33,000 sq m. there will be approx. 80 shops and service points, an entertainment zone with a cinema and a fitness club. Bawełnianka's tenants will include the only shops of Reserved, Half Price, Mohito, Cropp, House, eobuwie and Modivo in the city. Customers will also have at their disposal a unique gastronomic zone in an industrial style and a comfortable parking lot with 700 parking spaces.

Bawełnianka will be one of the few new shopping centers to be built in Poland in the coming years. The facility will be opened on March 1, 2023.

The investor of Bawełnianka is GBB Invest sp.z o.o., the majority shareholder of which is TG Capital Sp. z o.o., belonging to a financial holding company operating mainly in the development industry, and the investment company RM Investments Sp. z o.o., operating on the real estate market. The lease is carried out by the international company Cushman & Wakefield, while Mallson Polska is responsible for the investor's supervision over the commercialization of the facility.
