A regional shopping center Przystanek Karkonosze will be built in Karpacz!

 

The commercialization of the largest regional retail park in the Karkonosze has started.

Przystanek Karkonosze will be located on the provincial road No. 366 at the intersection of routes leading to Karpacz, Szklarska Poręba, Kowary and Jelenia Góra.

The location - from which one of the main attractions of Karpacz, Śnieżka, will be perfectly visible - will be convenient not only for almost 100,000 inhabitants of nearby towns and villages, but also several million tourists from Poland, the Czech Republic, Germany and other countries, who visit the Karkonosze every year.

A retail park with nearly 20,000 sq m of lease area will offered approx. 40 shops, service and food outlets, a well-known grocery store, a drive-thru restaurant and a specially designed space for cyclical artistic, cultural and entertainment events as well as thematic fairs popular in that region. The project also includes numerous entertainment and science attractions for children and a multiplex cinema.

Customers will be provided with a large car park with approximately 700 parking spaces, bus stops, but also a railway stop on the Jelenia Góra - Karpacz line, the revitalization process of which began in April this year.

The investor is an experienced investor and investment banker from Jelenia Góra - Artur Kozieja, who in the years 1995 - 2017 worked as an investment director, among others at Credit Suisse, Morgan Stanley and Barclays Capital in the City of London.

He is the founder of the Europlan Group - operating for 17 years on the housing market (2,500 apartments completed in Warsaw and Krakow and about 400 apartments currently under construction in Jelenia Góra), office (20,000 m2 in Warsaw) and hotel (operating: Metropolo by Golden Tulip in Krakow, Lake Hill Resort & Spa in the Karkonosze Sosnówka and currently implemented: Raddisson Blu in Ostróda, Sanssouci in Karpacz, Campanile in Warsaw and Movenpick in Zakopane).

Mallson Polska is responsible for the commercial concept and lease. The design was prepared by the MTDI architectural studio.

The opening of the project is scheduled for 2024.
