The largest retail park in Grodzisk Mazowiecki - Retalia was opened on Friday, August 26. The facility is 100% leased. On the area of about 5 thousand m² there are over a dozen shops of well-known retail and service chains - including: Sinsay, House, Neonet, Deichmann, Kakadu pet shop, Dealz and TEDi discount stores, Żabka, Rossmann and Nowakowski Confectionery.

Retalia was built in the best commercial location in the city - at the intersection of the city's main artery - ul. Królewska, right next to the provincial road No. 719. This place is the most important commercial destination and the largest concentration of shops in the region. In close proximity to the facility there are, among others Lidl, Aldi, Biedronka, McDonald's drive restaurant and Orlen gas station. Additionally, in the immediate vicinity of Retalia, there are bus stops and the largest housing estates.
