The Mallson Polska company, which has been dealing with commercialization and consulting on the commercial real estate market for years, has acquired another chain tenant - the European leader in the footwear market - Deichmann for the newly built Retalia Retail Park. The store will occupy an area of ​​approx. 450 m² and will be the only store of this chain in the city.

Retalia is being built in the best commercial location in the city - at the intersection of the city's main artery - ul. Królewska, right next to the provincial road No. 719. This place will become the most important commercial destination and the largest concentration of shops in the region. In close proximity to the facility there are, among others Lidl, Aldi, Biedronka, McDonald's drive restaurant and Orlen gas station. In addition, in the immediate vicinity of Retalia, there are bus stops and the largest housing estates - which, apart from visitors from all over the city and the region, will also provide many non-motorized customers for everyday shopping.

In Retalia Retail Park, with an area of ​​approx. 5 thousand. m², there will be 12 stores of well-known retail and service networks. The main tenants of the facility are, among others Sinsay and House stores, Neonet, Kakadu pet store, popular Dealz and TEDi discounters, as well as Żabka and Rossmann drugstore.

The investor of Park Handlowy is Retalia from Grodzisk Mazowiecki, and Mallson Polska is responsible for the commercial concept and lease. The opening of the retail park is scheduled for August 2022.
