The jewelry chain YES joins the group of tenants of Era Park Handlowy in Radomsko. The store will take up 75 sq m of lease area. The opening is planned for June this year.

Centrum Era Park Handlowy has been operating since 2014 at ul. Sierakowskiego 11. The leasable area exceeds 8,000 sq m. Convenient parking lot accommodates for 300 cars.

The tenants of the facility include chains: Lidl, H&M, Jysk, Deichmann, CCC, Rossmann, RTV Euro AGD, KiK, Martes Sport, Pepco, Dealz, Coccodrillo or 5-10-15.

The investor and manager of Era Park Handlowy is BW Logistyka, which has experience in the development of commercial real estate, including in Wieluń, Rembertów in Warsaw or the currently implemented project in Iława.
