Mallson Polska - for nearly 15 years being at the forefront of consulting companies on the commercial real estate market - successfully summarizes the next edition of the SCF fair.

At this year's spring edition, tenants had the opportunity to see the premiere of new commercialized and implemented projects at the Mallson stand, including a large shopping complex in Wejherowo or the revitalization of over 20,000 m2 of Galeria Ozimska in Opole.

- We will develop projects of parks and shopping malls, we also focus on the expansion and reconstruction of existing facilities. The two-day SCF fair gave the opportunity to maintain the already existing relationships with tenants or investors, but also an opportunity to establish many new, very interesting contacts.

- The largest retail facility in the region - Maxim in Legionowo - a revitalized gallery to which we are building a large retail park and the largest retail park in Iława - Era Park - enjoyed unflagging interest, which enriched its offer with the Rossmann drugstore - thanks to an agreement signed at the fair - says Ewa Ściubidło, vice president of Mallson Polska.

At the trade fair Mallson presented a total of several dozen projects in commercialization and re-commercialization - incl. in such cities as: Chełm, Ustroń, Zakopane, Włoszczowa, Nowy Targ, Rogoźno, Łaziska, Jasło, as well as many new ones - at the design stage.
