The international chain of grocery stores ALDI will start operating in the largest retail park in Iława. It will be the only discount store of this chain in the city.

Era Park Iława will be located at the intersection of Aleja Jana Pawła II (provincial road No. 536) and ul. Ziemowita, next to the Orlen petrol station and surrounded by intensively developing residential buildings.

The commercialization process is going according to plan. Recently, the group of Era Park tenants has been expanded by well-known brands, including: fashion - Sinsay, Cropp, House and sports - Martes Sport. On the area of ​​over 7 thousand sq.m. in addition to the grocery discount, the facility provides for the presence of a dozen or so stores of popular brands in the fashion, sports, drugstore, footwear, and electronics / home appliances. Convenient parking for customers is planned for about 230 places.

The opening of the project is planned for the end of 2022. Mallson Polska is responsible for the commercial concept and lease.

The facility in Iława will be the fourth shopping center of the Era Park Handlowy chain - next to those already operating in Radomsko, Wieluń and Warsaw Rembertów.
