November 4th this year, the official opening of a modern retail facility of the MultiBox chain took place. The facility is located on one of the main streets of Szamotuły, close to the old town, in a place with heavy pedestrian and car traffic. The Mallson Polska was responsible for the commercial concept and the lease of the facility.

- Nearly 5,000 sq m of leasable space Popular brands such as: Sinsay, Martes Sport, 4F, CCC, Empik, Smyk, Rossmann, RTV euro AGD, Kaes, KiK and Żabka opened their stores. The offer is completed by the Michalczak jewelery shop, Euronet ATM and InPost parcel locker - says Maciej Celmer, Vice President of Mallson. - We have acquired attractive brands of chain tenants for MultiBox - also absent in the city so far - he adds.
The facility has a comfortable and spacious car park with several hundred free parking spaces for motorized clients.

MultiBox shopping centers is one of the largest retail park networks in the country. These are modern facilities with an area of ​​several thousand square meters, located in very good locations, most often in the vicinity of grocery stores (including Kaufland, Lidl). Currently, the network includes 14 retail parks (Świecie, Tczew, Ciechanów, Łask, Siedlce, 2 facilities in Ostrów Wlkp., Dęblin, Nowy Tomyśl, Płońsk, Głogów, Warszawa Wilanów and Trzcianka). The investor, contractor and target manager of the facility is Zakład Budowlano-Remontowy BUDREM based in Ostrów Wielkopolski.
