City Mall Kępno - the only retail park under construction in Kępno, already with a valid building permit!
The only large retail park planned in Kępno - City Mall Kępno - has just received a valid building permit. The performance of construction works was entrusted to the listed company Pekabex from Poznań. The construction of the facility will start in the first half of October this year.
The facility is located at the main entrance intersection to the city center on the provincial road DW No. 482 and at the Kępno junction on the city beltway along the S11 expressway. City Mall Kępno will be the largest modern, multi-functional retail and service project in the region. There will be about 150,000 people in the impact zone of the facility - including the inhabitants of Kępno, Syców, Baranów, Ostrzeszów and Wieruszów, but also thousands of visiting workers from numerous factories in this region famous for its furniture industry.
At approx. 13 thousand sqm of lease area, City Mall Kępno will offer approx. 30 shops, service and food outlets along with a popular supermarket. Customers will be offered: a comfortable free parking for 400 cars, a drive-thru restaurant and a petrol station adjacent to the retail park.
The designed retail park will enrich the existing commercial offer of the region with well-known and popular brands in the following industries: food, fashion, household appliances, sports, drugstore, service, catering, interior design and others.
- The commercialization of the facility is in progress. Lease agreements are being finalized and more than 80% of the space has already been distributed among tenants of well-known chains - says Ewa Ściubidło - Vice President of Mallson Polska - the company responsible for the commercial concept and the lease of the facility.
City Mall Kępno is being designed by MFA Architectural Office. The investor is L.I. Invest Company which has in its portfolio numerous projects related to the construction of commercial real estate, such as: retail parks, warehouse and logistics centers, commercial and service facilities and housing estates.
Moreover, L.I. Invest Company is part of the Lech-Pol Invest Company, a family company, which since 1989 has been producing comfortable and designer upholstered furniture, exported, among others, to France, Germany and Switzerland.
Pekabex provides solutions for the design, production and assembly of building structures based on the prefabrication technology of reinforced concrete elements. The company has been listed on the WSE since July 2015. The Group builds hall, production and residential facilities and carries out projects both in Poland and abroad - mainly on the Scandinavian and German markets.
