The construction of the Mozaika Retail Park in Krotoszyn is underway. The facility is located in the very center of the city - by the national road No. 15 leading from Trzebnica towards Jarocin, near the District Court, the Labor Office and the Post Office.

The planned facility will have over 6,200 sq m. GLA and will accommodate approx. 16 shops of the best brands and will guarantee a large and convenient parking for customers with approx. 120 parking spaces.

We have complemented the main tenants of the facility, such as: Aldi supermarket, fashion brands - from the LPP group (Cropp, House) and Pepco. Moreover, their shops will be opened by, among others, such chains as: the network of household appliances / rtv stores - Neonet, the Dutch multi-sector discount store Action or the Hebe drugstore.

The planned retail park will enrich the existing commercial offer of the city with well-known and popular brands in the following industries: fashion, TV and household appliances, drugstore, service, interior design and others. Together with the nearby Lidl and Netto supermarkets, it will become the most important convenient and quick shopping center for residents.

Mallson Polska, a company specializing in consulting and leasing of commercial space, is responsible for the commercial concept and lease.

The investor of the facility is 22 SPV sp.z o.o. based in Warsaw. The opening is planned for the first half of 2022.
