Preparations have begun for the construction of the largest Retail Park in the region in Ustroń.

The facility is located at the most important intersection in the city - the DK 941 national road (over 22,000 cars / day), running from Katowice to the Vistula River and ul. Cieszyńska - leading to Cieszyn and the center of Ustroń, will be the largest retail park in the region. At the same intersection, there is already a Tesco market (changed to Netto), an Orlen gas station and a drive-thru restaurant of a well-known fast-food chain is being built in the vicinity.

- In a modern retail park with an area of ​​over 10,000 sq m. there will be over a dozen stores in GLA, including a grocery operator and shops of the best chain and local brands. The project enjoys great interest from potential tenants and the entrance to the facility has been confirmed by well-known retail chains. At present, over 90% of the lease space has already been reserved - says Ewa Ściubidło, vice president of Mallson Polska, the company responsible for the commercialization of the facility.

Customers will be offered a comfortable free parking for 200 cars.

Excellent location and a comprehensive commercial and service offer will make the facility the largest shopping park in the region for residents.

The opening of the facility is planned for the turn of 2022/2023.
