Preparations for the construction of the largest retail park in Jasło have started. Construction is to start this year.

The facility located at the national road DK 73 Krosno-Gorlice will be the largest retail park in the city. The advantage of the project is the vicinity of the Kaufland market and a car wash. In the vicinity of the project, there are numerous housing estates of single-family and multi-family houses as well as public utility and educational institutions.

In a modern retail park with an area of ​​over 7,000 sq m. GLA will include about 12 stores of the best chain brands. Customers will be offered a comfortable, free car park, shared with the Kaufland market, for a total of approx. 280 cars.

A comprehensive commercial and service offer will make the facility an attractive place for shopping for customers from all over the region.

The architectural design is being prepared by the MTDI Group company. The investment already has a building permit. The opening of the facility is planned for the second half of 2022.

It will be the third of the planned network of facilities under a common brand - Go! Park. The first one started operating a few months ago - in Gorlice.

The second one will open in Jasło this autumn - at ul. Przemysłowa, in the vicinity of the BP gas station.

Further projects of this network are already under preparation, including one in Jasło - in the very center of the city - at the intersection of ul. Metzger and Kościuszko - on the premises of the bus station and in the vicinity of the railway station.
