Elektromarket Neonet - one of the market leaders in household appliances, electronics, IT, accessories and multimedia in Poland - has become a new tenant of the Retalia Retail Park in Grodzisk Mazowiecki. It will be the only store of this chain in the city and will occupy approx. 600 sq m. lease area.

Retalia will be built in the best commercial location in the city - on the main artery of the city - ul. Królewska, right next to the provincial road No. 719. This place will become the most important commercial destination and the largest concentration of shops in the region. In close proximity to the facility there are, among others, Lidl, Aldi, Biedronka, McDonald's drive restaurant and Orlen gas station. In addition to the great communication location - at the main intersection - additionally, in the immediate vicinity of Retalia, there are bus stops and the largest housing estates - which, apart from visitors from all over the city and the region, will also provide many non-motorized customers for everyday shopping.

In Retalia Retail Park, with an area of ​​approx. 5 thousand. m2, there will be 12 stores of well-known retail and service networks, including brands from the LPP Sinsay and House group, the Rossmann drugstore and the Kakadu pet store.

The investor of Park Handlowy is Retalia from Grodzisk Mazowiecki, and Mallson Polska is responsible for the commercial concept and rental.

The start of construction is planned in the middle of this year, and the opening in the first half of 2022.
