Preparations for the implementation of the largest retail park in the region in Kępno - City Mall Kępno have started.

The facility located by the national road No. 482 and the city bypass under construction along the S11 expressway will be the largest modern, multi-functional commercial and service project in the region. There will be about 150,000 people in the impact zone of the facility. people - including the inhabitants of Kępno, Syców, Ostrzeszów and Wieruszów, but also thousands of visiting workers from numerous factories in this region famous for its furniture industry.

At approx. 13 thousand sqm of lease area, City Mall Kępno will offer approx. 30 shops, service and food outlets along with a popular food operator. Customers will be offered: a comfortable free parking for 400 cars, a drive-thru restaurant of a popular chain and a gas station adjacent to the retail park.

The planned retail park will enrich the region's existing commercial offer with well-known and popular brands in the following industries: food, fashion, household appliances, sports, drugstore, service, catering, interior design and others.

Excellent location and a comprehensive commercial and service offer will make the facility the largest shopping and entertainment center for the residents.

The opening is scheduled for the end of 2022.
