Iława is a city with great potential - high purchasing power and still low saturation with retail space. The investment under preparation will be the largest retail park in the city, with a very wide and comprehensive shopping offer.

The advantage of the project is its perfect location - at the intersection of Aleja Jana Pawła II (provincial road No. 536) and Ziemowita Street, at the Orlen petrol station and surrounded by residential buildings. Already, in the vicinity of Era Park Handlowy, there are several thousand people, and the construction of several thousand apartments in the vicinity is planned in the near future. Against the background of the city and the region, the facility will be distinguished by the offer of brands so far absent in the city and stores of chain tenants in the latest standards.

On an area of ​​over 7,000 sq m there will be a grocery operator and a dozen or so stores of popular brands, incl. from the fashion, sports, drugstore, footwear, or rtv / household industries.

The investor already has the final building permit. The opening of the facility is planned for 2022.

The commercialization of Iława Era Park Handlowy is underway - Mallson Polska is responsible for the commercial concept and rental.

The facility in Iława will be the fourth shopping center developed by an experienced investor of the Era Park Handlowy chain, whose facilities are dynamically operating in Radomsko and Wieluń (both have been expanded). Currently, the construction of Era Park Rembertów in Warsaw is also under construction, the opening of which is planned for the fourth quarter of this year.
