In just a few months, the customers of the Okęcie Park center in Warsaw, located at Al. Krakowska 61, will be able to do shopping in three new stores - Action, Pepco and Rossmann.

In 2019/2020, Okęcie Park underwent a thorough modernization, as a result of which, among others, the most modern Agata Meble store was enlarged, rebuilt and opened, and entertainment functions in the form of the Jump World trampoline park and the Murall climbing center were introduced. In the latest installment of the changes, adaptation works and a change in the layout of the premises on the ground floor will begin in March, which will allow this space to be fully adapted to the standards of new tenants - Action (900 sq m), Pepco (630 sq m) and Rossmann (420 sq m). Each of the premises will have a separate entrance directly from the parking lot, which is a solution particularly appreciated by customers in times of increased sanitary regime.

The appearance of well-known and popular discount chains and brands among the tenants of the center that allow them to meet their daily needs is a response to the unflagging popularity of this type of shopping formats among consumers.

- We know that Okęcie Park has a group of regular customers who appreciate the diverse offer available in one place. In order to meet their expectations, we want to complete this offer and diversify it even more. Polish consumers like to shop quickly, conveniently and it is best to be able to do many things in one place. The appearance of such brands as Action, Pepco and Rossman in the center of stores will certainly help to achieve this goal. Apart from Agata Meble, Jump World and Murall, the existing tenants of the center include: Media Markt, Auchan grocery supermarket, Jysk, Bel-Pol, Burger King, Dreams Design and Świat Dzieci.

Customers can conveniently reach the center by both public transport and car - free surface and underground parking has a total of approx. 1,500 parking spaces.

The lease agreements with Action, Pepco and Rossmann were mediated by Mallson Polska, which was responsible for the re-commercialization of this part of the facility. New tenants will open their premises at the end of the first half of the year.
